American Kenpo / Kenpo jujitzu MMA syle fighting / Cardio Kick Boxing and Kick Boxing / Tiger tot kenpo ages 3-5

After School Kenpo ages 6-12  Kenpo shuttle bus picks you child up from their school and brings them to the Kenpo Connection where they will receive 1- 1/2 hr of monitored help from our live scanned staff. They will also receive a light sugar free snack and a 45min kenpo karate class from 10th Degree Master Brian Antak this is a must have service for parents on the go!!!!!

Our Cardio Kick Boxing and Kick Boxing classes are what our students call a BLAST!! Ages 16 through adult men and women. We also offer a light gym to get you warmed up before class to help achieve a perfect warm up.
